True Vision Real Estate Academy offers in-person and virtual licensing and training classes for
individuals holding real estate licenses or those seeking licensure.

Non-Discrimination Policy


True Vision Real Estate Academy does NOT discriminate based on race, color, religion, national
origin, disability, sex, age, familial status, sexual orientation, or preference. Distasteful
behavior, including discriminatory actions, will not be tolerated from instructors, staff, or
students.

The academy complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Classroom Conduct
- Political discussions are only permitted if directly related to a real estate training topic.
Debates, campaigning, or political outbursts are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed
from in-person or virtual classes.
- Rude or disruptive behavior will NOT be tolerated.

Virtual Course Requirements


- Camera Usage: Cameras must remain on throughout the class, except during breaks.
- Attendance: Arrive on time and stay for the entire duration. Logging out for breaks is not
permitted.
- Internet Connection: Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Notify the instructor immediately if
disconnected.
- Device Policy: Attendance via cell phones is prohibited as it limits functionality and causes
distractions.
- Instructor Absence: If the instructor is delayed, remain logged in for up to 30 minutes unless
otherwise instructed.

Entrance Qualifications

 
75-Hour Salesperson Pre-License Course:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Provide valid identification and meet moral character requirements.
- Pass the course and state exam with a minimum score of 72%.
- Students have two attempts to pass the final exam within 90 days. Failure to do so requires
retaking the course (retake fees apply).

25-Hour Post License Course:
- Complete the entire course and pass the 50-question final exam with a minimum score of 72%.

60-Hour Broker Pre-License Course:
- Must have been actively licensed for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
- Possess a clean disciplinary record.
- Pass the course and state exam with a minimum score of 72%.
- Two attempts are allowed within 90 days. Retakes after 90 days require re-enrollment (retake fees
apply).

Continuing Education (CE) Courses:
- Licensees must:
- Arrive on time and stay for the full duration.
- Provide accurate license details.
- Sign in and out for live classes and adhere to virtual class policies.

Makeup Policy

 
- Students must attend all required sessions and be punctual.
- Makeup sessions must be scheduled in writing via truevisionrealestateacademy@gmail.com.
- Students can make up 2 hours for free. Additional hours cost $50 per hour (maximum of 5 makeup
hours).

Course Evaluations


All attendees are required to complete a course evaluation to provide feedback on course content,
instructors, materials, and environment.

No Recruiting Policy


- Recruiting by instructors, speakers, or attendees during class is strictly prohibited.
- Violations must be reported to the School Director via truevisionrealestateacademy@gmail.com.

COVID-19 and Emergency Policies


- Virtual attendance is encouraged to minimize COVID-19 risks.
- In-person attendees assume personal responsibility for health and safety.
- By attending, participants agree to hold True Vision Real Estate Academy harmless in the event of
COVID-19 exposure.

Instructor Emergencies:
- Allow 30 minutes for the instructor to arrive.
- If no notification is provided, contact the School Director. If no response is received, students
may leave and await further instructions.

Student Tardiness or Emergencies:
- Notify the School Director or instructor if more than 5 minutes late.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC)

 
- The GREC may deny licensure to applicants with prior criminal convictions or disciplinary
sanctions.
- Prospective licensees can request a Preliminary Decision from GREC to evaluate potential
licensure eligibility.
- Submit certified documents and any supporting information.
- Processing may take time; applicants are advised to apply early.
- Even after receiving a negative Preliminary Decision, individuals may complete licensure
requirements and request a hearing if denied.

Additional School Policies


Materials and Technology
- Instructors provide Commission-required materials and utilize Zoom for virtual classes.
- Google Forms may be used for assignments and communication. A Gmail account is recommended but
not required.
- Registrations are processed via Eventbrite or the school website.
Learning Environment
- Classes are conducted in environments conducive to learning.
Documents and File Storage
- Records of test scores, assignments, attendance, and exams are securely stored via Google
Drive for up to 5 years.
